Vacuum Infusion
Resin drawn through dry fiber reinforcement under vacuum pressure — producing void-free, high-fiber-volume laminates with consistent quality across large and complex geometries. Ideal for hull panels, decks, and structural components.

Vacuum Bagging

Applied to wet lay-up and prepreg systems to
consolidate laminate layers, remove entrapped air,
and achieve controlled resin content — essential for

Cold-Moulded Lamination
Multi-layer diagonal planking bonded with structural
adhesives and reinforced with fiberglass or carbon,
producing a monocoque shell of exceptional stiffness and strength. Used for hull development and structural rebuilds.
